Following your gap analysis your consultant will present you with a detailed gap analysis report. The report will include recommended actions aimed at establishing conformity to the appropriate standard. The report can be used as the basis for ISO system planning and project management, ultimately leading to conformity to the appropriate ISO or BRC standard and eventual certification against the appropriate ISO or BRC standard.
Additional consultancy services if required as part of a ISO or BRC system build project can also be quantified from the gap analysis report.
